For the past several weeks the Buccaneers players have been conducting conditioning drills. Because of the new collective bargaining agreement the organization has been limited in what activities the players are allowed to take part in. Today, that all changes. Between now and the start of a mandatory mini-camp on June 12th, the Buccaneers will conduct 13 voluntary workouts. These workouts do allow for on-field training. The Buccaneers are allowed to begin these workouts a week earlier than most teams due to Greg Schiano being in his first year as head coach.
